The paper is unstable and the positioning accuracy of the paper is not high. The main reason is that most domestic die-cutting machines do not use conveyor belts with suction, which leads to wear and tear of paper feeding guide wheels, paper feeding belts, paper pressing rollers, front gauge blocks, side gauge blocks, etc. Therefore, before feeding the paper, it is necessary to tap and edge the paper, and adjust it during the feeding process.
The second paper feeding is not smooth. There are two main reasons for the unsmooth paper feeding:
(1) It is caused by the deformation of the paper that leads to poor paper feeding. Paper is prone to deformation after several processing steps, especially after high-temperature and high-pressure polishing, and the deformation of paper after lamination is even more severe. Die cutting is the last process of the entire printing process, so the former operation affects the subsequent paper feeding.
(2) It is due to the excessively smooth surface of the printed material that the paper feeding is not smooth. The surface of the product coated with gloss film can also cause difficulties in paper feeding due to its excessive smoothness.
Both of the above situations can effectively reduce the occurrence of problems by doing sufficient preparatory work before the paper is printed. When loading paper, add some wooden wedges or paper rolls to the paper to keep it flat, or perform edge cutting, paper tapping work in advance, or reduce the speed of the die-cutting machine appropriately.
The third is the difficulty in paper feeding caused by mechanical failures. The occurrence of diagonal, double, and empty sheets during the paper feeding process is due to insufficient suction force of the Feida suction nozzle, inappropriate distance from the flat surface of the paper pile, and inaccurate positioning of the rules.
